Dosing Systems & Control Solutions

Our solutions, designed by Walchem & Iwaki America, ensure accurate chemical delivery, real-time process monitoring, and full system control.
Controllers
The Water Treatment Controllers monitor and regulate water treatment processes. Declined in different series, they will adapt to every kind of processes (water treatment plant, wastewater treatment plant, cooling tower, etc.)
Our Controllers Units can be used remotely and are ready to be integrated in SCADA and other plant systems.
All Controllers offered by Erpac are equipped with built-in algorithms and sensors to ensure control of metering pumps.
Chemical Metering Pumps
Our diaphragm metering pumps are designed by Iwaki to fit every flow rate, pressure, chemical, and to fit most industrial, municipal and agricultural water and wastewater applications.
The pumps capacities (flow & pressures) will depend on the metering pump model.
We offer a range of pumps from 20 GPH/290 PSI up to 856 GPH/220 PSI.
Sensors & Probes
Erpac supplies high-quality water and wastewater treatment sensors, adapted to various applications, all compatible will our controllers.

For a precise and adjustable injection, compatible with a wide range of treatment chemicals (polymers, coagulants, disinfectants, etc.). These dosing pumps are available in diaphragm, peristaltic & solenoid models.
Pumping Skids
Turkney dosing systems mounted on compact, easy-to-install skids and pre-assembled and tested for fast deployment. The Pumping Skids are customizable to fit your process needs and flow rates.
